Chelsea close to signing a new shirt sponsor

Chelsea have been playing across all competitions without a shirt sponsor this season, but it appears they are now close to securing a new deal.

Details: According to Nizaar Kinsella of the BBC, the London club are nearing an agreement with a new sponsor. However, the company’s name has not yet been revealed. The contract is expected to begin from the 2026/27 season onwards. For now, they have FPT as their sponsor for the 2025/26 campaign.

By the way, speaking at his pre-match press conference, the Chelsea manager said that Cole Palmer is fine. The latest training session left him with mixed feelings, but overall he is okay.

In their next fixture, Chelsea will face Everton in the Premier League on Saturday, December 13, with kick-off scheduled for 16:00 CET.

Reminder: The Premier League earlier announced that 45-year-old Italian Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca was named Premier League Manager of the Month for November.
