Chelsea are keeping their hands up in their intentions to sign the Napoli starlet

Earlier reports began to emerge that Napoli forward Victor Osimhen had agreed a move to Saudi Arabia, but as it turns out, that doesn't put an end to the Nigerian's departure.

As reported by Fabrizio Romano, Al Ahli's ‘yes’ doesn't mean anything yet as Osimhen is waiting to see what decision Chelsea make on him. Negotiations are still taking place between the clubs. And that is if nothing is resolved with the London club, then the Nigerian will move to Al Ahly:

‘Chelsea are still not giving up on this deal. Osimhen is still talking to them and waiting to see if they can agree - he is giving them a chance. The next 24 hours will be important but Osimhen is not setting any deadlines. Now it's important to see if Chelsea can make it happen in terms of wages and transfer value.

They have a chance because Al Ahli have made Osimhen exactly the offer he wants, but he is still waiting and it is Chelsea who have to reach an agreement or else he will be ready to leave for Saudi Arabia.
