Chelsea and Man United transfer target could end up at another club

After a series of injuries, RB Leipzig midfielder Dani Olmo has managed to establish himself as a key player for the Bulls and as a result, the Spaniard has attracted interest from top clubs who have already started to fight for him. Chelsea and Manchester United were considered favourites to sign him, but as it turned out, they are no longer the leaders.

The clubs have pulled out of the race to sign Olmo and according to BILD, Manchester City are the main contenders to get their hands on the 25-year-old midfielder. The Spaniard is believed to be open to a move to the English club in the summer.

Barcelona also wanted to bring him back to his homeland, but the Catalans have so far cooled their interest in Olmo due to the unsustainable financial demands. It is not surprising, because in the summer, RB Leipzig will ask for 60 million euros for their leader.
