Chelsea and Liverpool continue to vie for the Leeds star

Chelsea and Liverpool continue their battle for Leeds' standout player, Crysencio Summerville.
According to Fabrizio Romano, both Premier League powerhouses have been monitoring the winger closely this season and have shown active interest in recent weeks. While nothing has progressed yet, negotiations for the Dutch footballer are expected to commence soon.
The potential transfer could be facilitated by the relatively low price tag on the 22-year-old player. Summerville, who scored 21 goals and provided 10 assists in 49 matches last season, could depart Leeds for a fee in the range of £35-40 million.
Among other contenders for the talented footballer are Aston Villa and Newcastle United.
Leeds failed to secure promotion back to the Premier League, losing the playoff final to Southampton (0-1), and the club, amidst financial fair play constraints, has come to terms with the necessity of selling players this summer.
