On Sunday, June 9th, the final of Roland Garros took place, where Alexander Zverev played against Carlos Alcaraz. The Spaniard secured a hard-fought victory with a score of 3:2.

Alcaraz rose to the second position in the overall ATP rankings, currently holding 8,580 points. Italian tennis player Jannik Sinner now occupies the top spot. He reached the semi-finals of Roland Garros and now has 9,525 points to his name. Novak Djokovic dropped from first place to third. The Serbian withdrew from the tournament due to injury and currently has 8,360 points.
