Change to Cameroon women’s team’s friendly match against Morocco
Scheduled for 5 June
Originally scheduled to take place in France, the venue for the match has been changed.
Cameroon’s women’s team is set to play an international friendly during the June 2026 international break. The Lionesses will take on Morocco on 5 June. However, the match, which was originally scheduled to be played in France, will ultimately take place in Africa.
According to the Cameroonian press, the match has been moved to Morocco. Morocco will therefore host Cameroon on home soil.
This international friendly serves as preparation for the 2026 African Women’s Cup of Nations. Both teams are gearing up for the continental tournament scheduled for this summer.
