Champions League, Group C. Victory for Real Madrid and a draw for Union

In Group C, the matches of the fifth round of the Champions League took place. Real Madrid played at home against Napoli, and Braga faced Union Berlin.

Real Madrid - Napoli - 4:2

Napoli took the lead in the ninth minute with a goal from Simione. Two minutes later, Rodrigo equalized the score. Just 11 minutes after that, Jude Bellingham put Real ahead. The first half concluded with a narrow 2-1 lead for Real.

After the break, Napoli leveled the score at 2-2 in the 47th minute with a goal from Frank Anguissa. Real dominated the second half and secured the victory in the 84th minute. The 19-year-old midfielder, Nicolas Pas, scored the winning goal. In the final minutes, Joselu determined the ultimate result.

Braga - Union Berlin - 1:1

Braga played with ten men from the 30th minute as Niakate received a straight red card. In the first half, Union capitalized on this advantage, with Robin Gosens putting the German team ahead in the 42nd minute. Braga responded with a goal in the sixth minute of the second half, credited to Alvaro Jalo. Despite playing with a numerical disadvantage, Union couldn't secure a victory, and Braga held on to a draw.

Real Madrid has secured five victories and has a perfect 15 points. Napoli is in second place with seven points, Braga is in third with four points, and Union is at the bottom of the group with one point.
