Champions Hockey League. The semifinalists of the tournament have been determined


This week witnessed the quarterfinal return matches in the Hockey Champions League.
In the initial encounter, Rapperswil (Switzerland) faced off against the formidable Vitkovice (Czech Republic). The Czech contingent triumphed emphatically with a scoreline of 5:1, securing their passage to the semifinals with a cumulative tally of 6:3 over two matches. Another Swiss outfit, Servette, contested against the Swedish stalwart Vaxjo. Their victory in the first leg, clinched with a score of 4:1, propelled them into the next round with an aggregate of 6:4.
Finnish side Lukko managed to overcome the challenge posed by the Czech squad Pardubice. In a closely contested affair over two matches, the Finns prevailed with a cumulative score of 8:7. The fourth clash showcased a Swedish derby, featuring Farjestad against Skelleftea. Although Farjestad secured the initial encounter with a 4:3 victory, a resounding 4:1 defeat in the return leg led to their elimination from the playoffs.
