The 2025 Concacaf Central American Cup groups have been determined following the official draw held on June 3 in Miami, as reported by Claro Sports. The tournament, scheduled from July to December, will feature 20 teams divided into four groups of five. The top two teams from each group will advance to the quarterfinals, competing for one of six spots in the 2026 Concacaf Champions Cup.

Group A includes Alajuelense (Costa Rica), the reigning two-time champion, alongside Antigua GFC (Guatemala), Plaza Amador (Panama), Alianza FC (El Salvador), and Managua FC (Nicaragua). Group B consists of Herediano (Costa Rica), Municipal (Guatemala), Real España (Honduras), Sporting San Miguelito (Panama), and Diriangén FC (Nicaragua). Group C features Saprissa and Cartaginés (Costa Rica), Motagua (Honduras), Independiente de La Chorrera (Panama), and Verdes FC (Belize). Group D comprises Olimpia (Honduras), Xelajú MC (Guatemala), Real Estelí FC (Nicaragua), CD Águila, and CD Hércules (El Salvador).

The group stage will take place from July 29 to August 28, with each team playing four matches (two home and two away). The quarterfinals are set between September 23 and October 2, followed by semifinals and play-in matches in October, and the final in November and December.

The tournament winner will earn a direct spot in the Round of 16 of the 2026 Concacaf Champions Cup. Additionally, the runner-up, semifinalists, and two play-in winners among the quarterfinal losers will advance to the preliminary round of the continental competition.
