A few days ago, reports surfaced that the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) would reduce Paul Pogba's suspension. This information has now been officially confirmed.

Details: The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has reduced the French midfielder's suspension from four years to 18 months. The ruling acknowledged that Paul Pogba did not intentionally take banned substances, with the positive test result being the consequence of a mistaken prescription by a doctor in Florida.

Pogba will be eligible to return to the field in the spring of 2025. However, according to Fabrizio Romano, he will not remain with Juventus. The player believes that a fresh start would be the best decision for both him and his career. Nicolò Schira has reported that negotiations have already begun between the parties to terminate his contract.

Reminder: Juventus had no plans to reintegrate Pogba into the squad and intended to transfer him to another team. Thiago Motta already has players like Teun Koopmeiners, Kenan Yıldız, and Douglas Luiz at his disposal, who can fill the attacking midfielder role.
