Carlo Ancelotti asks for "more patience" with Mbappé
Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti has commented on the recent dip in form of the club's star signing, Kylian Mbappé.
Details: The Italian coach urged fans and pundits to "show more patience" towards the French forward.
Quote: "Mbappé's problem is a problem for all of us. We are trying to find the best version of ourselves, me and my players. It's a team issue, not an individual one, where players have failed to find continuity. We need to do everything possible to improve our game; this is not an individual problem for anyone.
Mbappé has scored 9 goals and contributed to our play, providing assists as well. He can play better, but that's something that applies to all of us.
We must continue supporting him, be patient. The team's dynamics in La Liga have significantly improved in the last two games. However, we could have been better against Liverpool. We need to take into account that we are missing a lot of players. Slowly, they are recovering. Rodrygo returns tomorrow, and we must remain patient," Ancelotti told Football-Espana.
Reminder: In the Champions League match against Liverpool (0-2), Mbappé missed a penalty. He has scored only two goals in his last nine games.
