The Cameroonian squad is gearing up for the Africa Cup of Nations.

The training camp, which officially began on Monday 20 April, is taking place in Yaoundé. The first training session was attended by 30 players. It was led by head coach Saidou Alioum and his technical staff.

Two training sessions are scheduled for Tuesday 21 April. This final training camp before the team’s departure for Morocco will be rounded off by two friendly matches on Wednesday 22 April at the Ngoa Ekelle Stadium in Yaoundé. It is worth noting that Cameroon’s U17 team were crowned champions of the 2026 UNIFFAC tournament, securing their place at the 2026 Africa Cup of Nations.
