CAF Confederation Cup: this Saturday’s fixtures for the first preliminary round

The clubs competing in the 2026–2027 CAF Confederation Cup have begun their quest to qualify for the group stage.

As usual, the competition kicked off with the first preliminary round. Clubs not granted a bye will face each other in two-legged ties, with the winners of this first stage progressing to the second preliminary round.

This Saturday, 5 September, nine first-leg fixtures are scheduled across the continent. The teams will face off in various African stadiums.
