The third round of the 2024-2025 CAF Confederation Cup group stage has finished, featuring many exciting games.
In a match between two Egyptian teams, Zamalek beat Al Masry 1-0, with a goal from star player Ahmed Mustafa Zizo. Having already won the African Super Cup earlier this year, Zamalek is now in a strong position to keep their CAF Confederation Cup title after this win.
CS Sfaxien of Tunisia suffered their third consecutive loss in the competition, officially ending their hopes of advancing to the next round.
With a 3-0 victory over ASEC Mimosas, CR Belouizdad made the most of their home game and solidified their group position.
With three victories in three games, Renaissance Berkane maintained their perfect record by scoring a late goal to defeat Stade Malien 1-0.
