The first qualifying round of the 2026–2027 CAF Champions League has concluded.

The clubs that have successfully progressed through this first stage now know their next opponents for the second qualifying round, the final stage before the group stage. A total of 32 clubs are in contention in this decisive stage of the competition. The first legs are scheduled for 16–18 October 2026, whilst the return legs will be played on 23–25 October.

Several fixtures are particularly eagerly anticipated. Defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns will face Wiliete, whilst Orlando Pirates will take on African Stars. ES Tunis will face Swehly Club, whilst Zamalek will take on APR. TP Mazembe will face Club Africain, ASEC Mimosas will take on Maghreb Fes, and Young Africans will face CFFA.
