On Saturday, Mamelodi Sundowns will host Al Ahly in the first leg of the CAF Champions League semi-final. The "Brazilians," however, have faced organizational challenges for the match, stirred up by CAF.

Details: According to KickOff, due to the unrest before the match against Esperance, which was caused by free entry, the confederation has banned Mamelodi from allowing fans to enter the stadium freely.

As a result, the club had to sell tickets, but at a symbolic price of 20 rand – roughly one US dollar. Mamelodi still hopes for active fan support, hence they decided to make this compromise with CAF and the supporters.

Reminder: Previously, former forward Sibusiso Vilakazi urged Mamelodi Sundowns to forget the cup exit against Kaizer Chiefs ahead of the Champions League matches.
