Nasser Al Khelaïfi expressed his pride in PSG's right-back, Achraf Hakimi, at the CAF Awards 2025 in Morocco. Achraf Hakimi was decisive and important for the French club PSG last season.
After the ceremony, the president of Paris Saint-Germain spoke about the Moroccan defender's role within the club.
"Hakimi is the leader, the leader of Paris Saint-Germain and the Moroccan national team. He had an exceptional football season and I am very proud of him," said Nasser Al Khelaïfi.
Having participated in 55 matches throughout the 2024/2025 season, he scored 11 goals and provided 16 assists. Impressive performances for a player with a defensive focus, Hakimi contributed to PSG's victory in the Champions League.
