CAF Appoints Charles Bulu as Referee for Mighty Wanderers vs Simba SC CAF Champions League Clash

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed Ghanaian FIFA referee Charles Bulu to officiate the first-leg CAF Champions League encounter between Mighty Wanderers and Tanzania’s Simba Sporting Club.

The two sides will meet on September 6, 2026, at Bingu Stadium in Lilongwe, with Bulu set to take charge of the opening leg.

Bulu will be assisted by fellow Ghanaians Seth Abletor and Richard Kweku Nartey, while Nigeria’s Grema Mohammed has been appointed as the fourth official.

Mighty Wanderers and Simba SC will meet again in the second leg on September 12, 2026, in Tanzania.

The winner over the two legs will advance to the next stage of the CAF Champions League.
