Bryan Mbeumo Reveals Manchester United Teammates Who Helped Him Settle In
Cameroonian international Bryan Mbeumo has opened up about how his Manchester United teammates helped him settle in quickly after joining the club.
The forward admitted that moving to a new team and environment comes with challenges, but the support from his teammates made the transition smoother. Mbeumo singled out Leny Yoro and Amad as key figures, noting that sharing a common language helped him feel at home right away. He also mentioned Cunha, who speaks French, as another important source of support.
"When I arrived, like, I was already with Leny [Yoro] and Amad because they speak my language, so it's always easier. Cunha as well, because he can speak French.
"Obviously, there were people like Josh [Zirkzee] who went along with me really well, helped me from the start.
Additionally, the forward praised club captain Bruno Fernandes for his guidance and encouragement, particularly during difficult moments.
"Obviously Bruno [Fernandes], captain, who always talked to me even when I had maybe bad moments.
"But obviously, new space, new place, new environment is not always easy. So he was always there to speak to me if I needed to, so it was really good."
