Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes showed his good side by continuing to associate with former club staff member John Allen, who was dismissed after many years of service, reports The Sun.

It is noted that they were seen heading to Juniper in Wilmslow, a popular lunch spot for Manchester United players.

John Allen worked at Manchester United for 25 years, starting as a ticket office clerk before moving to the media department in 2011. He was laid off last summer when Manchester United owner Jim Ratcliffe dismissed 250 club staff members.

It seems that even after leaving United, Allen has not lost touch with the key figures in the team. Apparently, he continues to maintain friendly relations with the club's captain and leader, Bruno Fernandes.

Additionally, the club confirmed in February that new layoffs are planned in the future, during which about 200 more employees will lose their jobs. It is reported that United plans to transform its corporate structure as part of a series of additional measures to improve the club's financial sustainability and operational efficiency.
