England already has a remarkable football fairytale in Wrexham, the club purchased by Hollywood actor Ryan Reynolds. Now, another team has secured a high-profile owner.

Details: The club in question is Dagenham & Redbridge. Renowned British influencer and rapper KSI has announced that he is becoming the owner of the side.

Quote: “I’m very excited to begin this journey. It will undoubtedly be a rollercoaster, but I hope to return Dagenham & Redbridge to its glory days. Those of you who have been long-time supporters (Race to Division One) know this is a full-circle moment for me. So join me on this incredible adventure, and I’ll see you this Saturday at Victoria Road! I’ll be live-streaming as well, haha,” KSI said in a statement.

Dagenham, commonly referred to as Dag & Red, are a professional football club competing in the National League South, the sixth tier of the English football pyramid.

Reminder: 49-year-old Hollywood actor Ryan Reynolds, who currently owns Wrexham AFC, is close to completing the purchase of another club.
