Real Madrid is gearing up for some serious reinforcements.

Details: According to AS, after 63-year-old Benfica Lisbon head coach Jose Mourinho agreed to take charge of Real Madrid this summer, he immediately approached the president of the Galacticos with specific demands regarding squad strengthening.

Jose told Florentino Perez he needs to bolster the defense:

"Bring me Gvardiol or Calafiori," Mourinho demanded.

At this point, Real Madrid representatives have already contacted Manchester City and Arsenal to begin negotiations over the transfer of these players.

According to Transfermarkt, Josko Gvardiol’s transfer value is estimated at €70 million, while Riccardo Calafiori is valued at €55 million.

Reminder: Real demands that UEFA expel Barcelona from European competitions and strip their titles
