Midfielder Billy Gilmore has managed to establish himself at the Seagulls since moving to Brighton and become one of the leaders of the team, which has attracted the attention of top clubs.

According to Football Insider, Brighton are leaning towards agreeing to Napoli's offer of over £10 million for the 23-year-old midfielder. The team, who were recently managed by Antonio Conte, had previously rejected an offer of eight million pounds.

The Scot has a contract with the Seagulls until 2026, which puts the club in a favourable negotiating position.

Gilmour is currently on a pre-season tour of Japan with the team, which has been led by Fabian Hürzeler since Roberto De Zerbi's departure, but could leave if negotiations with Napoli progress sufficiently.
