Brighton are preparing a surprise replacement for De Zerbi

The future of Brighton head coach Roberto De Zerbi is uncertain amid the interest of top clubs, and the Seagulls have decided not to wait for the weather to clear, but to look for a replacement for the Italian if he does leave the team. Such a replacement has been found not in the Premier League.
