The Football Association of England has accused Brentford and Aston Villa of indecent conduct by their players during the Premier League match on December 17.

To recap, a brawl involving players from both teams occurred at the end of the match. Aston Villa's forward, Ollie Watkins, scored the winning goal in Brentford's net in the 85th minute, celebrating in front of his former team's fans, which triggered the altercation between the players.

Aston Villa's head coach, Unai Emery, stated after the match that he would address the issue of indiscipline with his team's players.

“I am going to take control of the behavior of my players.“ he told the BBC. “I will analyse it with our players because it was not normal.” told Emery.

Both clubs have been charged with failing to ensure proper conduct of their players during the football match. They have until Friday to respond to the allegations.

Just to refresh, Aston Villa secured a 2:1 victory over Brentford. Emery's team currently sits in third place in the Premier League table.
