Chelsea has announced the signing of Portuguese winger Pedro Neto from Wolverhampton. The 24-year-old has signed a seven-year contract with the "Blues."
"I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to join this club. I've worked very hard in my career to get here, and I can't wait to step onto the pitch in this shirt," the player commented on his move.
Pedro Neto played 135 matches for Wolves, scoring 11 goals in 20 Premier League appearances last season. He has also established himself as a regular for the Portuguese national team.
The winger has also previously attracted attention from Manchester City.
It's worth noting that earlier in this transfer window, Chelsea had already secured the signings of Tosin Adarabioyo from Fulham, Omari Kellyman from Aston Villa, Marc Guiu from Barcelona, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall from Leicester City, Renato Veiga from Basel, Caleb Wiley from Atlanta United, and Aaron Anselmino from Boca Juniors.
