Brazil declares readiness to extend contract with Carlo Ancelotti
Everything will be decided next year.
Details: The president of the Brazilian Football Federation, 71-year-old Ednaldo Rodrigues, commented on the work of Brazil's head coach Carlo Ancelotti and shed some light on Ancelotti's future at the helm of the national team:
"Ancelotti said that everything depends on both parties. I believe we can establish a long-term partnership. All the conditions are in place for that," stated the federation president.

Carlo Ancelotti has already led Brazil to qualification for the 2026 World Cup, but his contract hinges on the team's performance at the tournament. Should Brazil succeed at the Mundial, Ancelotti will be offered a new deal through 2030.
Ancelotti took charge of Brazil in May this year and has already overseen 8 matches, recording 4 wins, 2 draws, and 2 defeats as head coach.
