Branthwaite Ready to Discuss New Contract with Everton Amid Interest from Top Clubs

Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite still has two years left on his contract with the Toffees, but they are keen to keep their star for the long haul.
Details: According to Sky Sports, the 22-year-old center-back is open to considering a contract extension with his club. Everton would like to secure the player for an extended period.
However, despite this and the fact that the club's new owners are improving their financial standing, the Toffees are unlikely to compete with the clubs ready to make an offer for the player at the end of the season.
Reminder: It was previously reported that Everton might sell Branthwaite to facilitate the transfer of Maxime Estève from Burnley. The Toffees' defender has attracted interest from Manchester United.
