Renowned boxing promoter Frank Warren has once again taken legal action against fighter Chris Eubank Jr. According to The Athletic, Warren filed a lawsuit on December 23, accusing Eubank of defamation and offensive comments.

The dispute stems from remarks Eubank made during a press conference in September 2024 ahead of his fight against Polish boxer Kamil Szeremeta. Eubank’s comments were deemed offensive and damaging to Warren’s reputation.

Although Eubank later issued a public apology, retracting his “inaccurate statements,” and Warren initially accepted the apology, the promoter ultimately deemed it insufficient and decided to pursue legal action two months later.

“And as regarding what he's just said just so you know I'm gonna keep it short and sweet. He's gonna get sued again for the comments that he's made publicly. He will be sued and he will have a problem over that and anybody else who says it, they can get in that queue,” Warren explained.

This is not the first time Warren and Eubank have clashed in court. In 2016, Warren sued Eubank for breach of contract and won, with Eubank ordered to pay a six-figure settlement.
