Bournemouth aims to keep Kepa in the team despite Real Madrid's interest
The transfer of Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga to Bournemouth was seen as a very high-profile move, but the "Cherries" truly aim to shake up the market.
Details: According to the Daily Mail, the club wants to keep the Spanish goalkeeper in their squad by turning the loan agreement into a permanent deal. Reports suggest the "Cherries" are set to hold talks with Chelsea and the 30-year-old player's representatives to try and finalize the deal.
Reminder: It was previously reported that the loan agreement includes a buyout clause of six million euros. Considering the amount of his clause, it's expected that the deal won't be a problem for Bournemouth, although Kepa's salary might pose a challenge.
It was also previously suggested that Real Madrid is once again interested in the services of the Spaniard, for whom he played on loan last season.
