The season has just wrapped up, and teams are already gearing up for the next one, making trades and reshuffling their rosters.

Details: According to insider Shams Charania, the Boston Celtics have traded 35-year-old Jrue Holiday to Portland. In return, the Celtics receive Anfernee Simons and two second-round draft picks.

Earlier, it was reported that the Phoenix Suns agreed to a blockbuster trade with the Houston Rockets, which will see Kevin Durant switch teams. The deal will become official on July 6.

Reminder: The Oklahoma City Thunder have claimed their first NBA championship in franchise history. Previously, the franchise won the title in 1979 when it was based in Seattle and known as the Seattle SuperSonics.

In the same game, Indiana's star Haliburton suffered a torn Achilles tendon. He left the court in tears.
