Borussia Dortmund lost the UEFA Champions League final to Real Madrid on Saturday, June 1st.

According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, despite the defeat, Borussia will offer a new contract to their manager, Edin Terzić. The coach himself has changed his impression of the work in the second half of the season and is also ready to extend his contract.

In other news, German midfielder Marco Reus has received an offer from MLS club Los Angeles Galaxy. Reus has already agreed to a contract with a set salary. Despite several offers from Saudi Arabia, he is currently in negotiations with Los Angeles.

It's worth recalling that on May 23, 2022, Terzić returned to the position of head coach of Borussia after Rose's resignation, signing a three-year contract.

Terzić first joined Borussia on December 13, 2020, finishing the 2020/21 season after Lucien Favre's dismissal, whom he had worked with. Leading the team until the end of the season, he guided them to victory in the German Cup.

Borussia Dortmund finished fifth in the Bundesliga. In the Champions League final, the "Yellow and Blacks" were defeated by Real Madrid (0-2).
