Another Kvaratskhelia is attracting the attention of European football's biggest clubs.

Details: According to TEAMtalk, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are at the forefront of Premier League interest in 16-year-old Dinamo Tbilisi winger Tornike Kvaratskhelia. Both London clubs are closely monitoring the highly rated Georgian talent as the battle for his signature continues to grow.

However, Bayern Munich are currently considered the frontrunners. Kvaratskhelia spent time training with the German giants earlier this summer, giving the Bavarian club an important advantage over their English rivals.

Chelsea and Tottenham also face another major obstacle. Due to regulations governing international transfers of minors, a move to England would have to wait until Kvaratskhelia turns 18 in 2028. That means the London clubs can position themselves in the race now, but cannot immediately bring the Georgian winger to the Premier League.

The youngster is the younger brother of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and is already generating serious interest beyond Georgia despite being only 16. It is worth noting that Transfermarkt currently estimates Tornike Kvaratskhelia's market value at €500,000.
