Pedro Neto could become one of the biggest names of the January transfer window.

Details: According to CaughtOffside, Arsenal and Manchester City are closely tracking Chelsea winger Pedro Neto and are expected to re-establish contact with the London club when the winter transfer window opens. Saudi giants Al-Hilal also remain interested in the Portuguese international, meaning Chelsea could face several approaches for one of their most valuable attacking players.

The player's representatives are keeping communication channels open with interested clubs as they assess the market ahead of January. Arsenal are looking for another dynamic, Premier League-proven option for their attacking rotation, while Manchester City are also considering reinforcements capable of adding more width and one-on-one threat.

Chelsea continue to regard Neto as an important asset and are not actively pushing him towards the exit. Nevertheless, the Blues are prepared to consider serious proposals. According to the report, the Stamford Bridge hierarchy's expectations are currently believed to be in the region of €70-80 million.

It is worth noting that Neto has already found the net in the 2026/27 Premier League season, scoring in Chelsea's dramatic 4-3 victory over Brighton on August 30.
