Reports indicate that the Turkish giants have offered the Neapolitans €50 million plus an additional €5 million in bonuses.
The player himself is open to staying in Turkey, but the final decision rests with Napoli, who also have a €75 million offer from Al Hilal on the table.
A final verdict is expected later this week, with Victor Osimhen likely to secure a permanent move to a new club at last.
