Seventeen-year-old prodigy Lamine Yamal, considered one of the best players of his generation, has shared his ambitious plans for the future.
Details: In an interview with Tuttosport, which awarded Yamal the Golden Boy prize, he outlined his aspirations.
Quote:
"By the age of 21... my goal is to win the World Cup with Spain, the Champions League, and two more La Liga titles with Barça.
If I win the Champions League, I’ll have a better chance of getting the Ballon d’Or!"
This season, Yamal has tallied 6 goals and 12 assists in 21 matches across all competitions.
Reminder: In yesterday's match against Leganés (0-1), Yamal sustained a muscle injury that will sideline him for 3 to 4 weeks.
