Norwegian side Bodø/Glimt travelled to face Inter Milan in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League and secured a victory on the road to advance, equalling a rare national milestone.
Details: According to Stats Foot, Bodø/Glimt are the first Norwegian club since the 1987/88 season to progress from a two-legged Champions League knockout tie. Back then, Lillestrøm SK eliminated Linfield FC.
In another fixture, Newcastle United became the sixth English club to reach the Round of 16 of the UEFA Champions League. It marks the first time in history that six English sides have advanced to this stage of the competition.
