Top Rank CEO Bob Arum discussed the conditions under which a rematch between Ryan Garcia and Devin Haney could take place.
Quote: “A Garcia-Haney rematch? Well, it depends on the money that Turkey Alalshikh is willing to offer because the PPV market for this fight isn’t that big. So, if the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is ready to invest funds without much hope of recouping them, then the fight could happen,” said Arum.
Recall: In April, Garcia defeated Haney, but the result of the fight was annulled due to Ryan failing a doping test.
Garcia has stated that he plans to fight former super lightweight world champion Rolando Romero in the near future.
