Renowned promoter Bob Arum commented on the bout between heavyweight stars Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury.

"It's great for boxing that Fury and Usyk will have a rematch. I give full credit to Usyk; Oleksandr is a brave warrior. It's impressive how he came back into the fight after Fury virtually demolished him in the early rounds. This shows what a warrior he is," said Arum.

In the early hours of May 19, Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk (22-0, 14 KOs) fought against Britain's Tyson Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs) and claimed the title of undisputed heavyweight champion. Usyk defeated Fury by a split decision: Usyk 115-112, Fury 114-113, Usyk 114-113.

The rematch between Usyk and Fury is scheduled for December 21, 2024, in Saudi Arabia.

Earlier, Usyk's promoter, Oleksandr Krassyuk, suggested that Fury "have a beer" following his drunken escapades and the beginning of his preparation for the rematch.
