Blockbuster swap deal. Rashford could become a full-fledged Barcelona player, with Balde heading the other way

Manchester United are weighing up a major deal with Barcelona that could see forward Marcus Rashford become part of a swap for defender Alejandro Balde.

According to Transfer News Live, the English club are keen on signing the Catalans’ left-back. Meanwhile, Barcelona are open to keeping Rashford in their squad by activating his buyout option.

Reports suggest the Red Devils are ready to offer Rashford to the Catalan giants for free in exchange for Balde. Should the Blaugrana reject that proposal, United are also considering a direct purchase of the Spanish full-back for around £36 million.
