Betis coach confirms Vitor Roque's injury

On-loan Barcelona forward Vitor Roque had a promising start with Real Betis but has now faced his first setback in the form of an ankle injury.
Details: According to Diario AS, Betis head coach Manuel Pellegrini confirmed Roque's injury during a press conference on Wednesday. The player has been ruled out of the squad for Thursday's match against Las Palmas, and it remains unclear when he will return.
Quote: "He took a hard knock to his ankle in the last game. Yesterday, the pain became more intense, and the medical team is now assessing the nature of the injury," said Pellegrini.
Reminder: Vitor Roque joined Betis on a year-long loan with an option to extend for another season. Betis has taken on the responsibility for his wages and retains the option to buy him, with the reported buyout clause set at €25 million.
