Beşiktaş targets Madrid star! Turkish giants eye Real Madrid winger in blockbuster move
Beşiktaş is on the verge of pulling off one of the most surprising transfers of this Turkish Süper Lig offseason.
Details: According to renowned insider Ekrem Konur, the Beşiktaş board has set its sights on Real Madrid’s 27-year-old winger Brahim Diaz. The Istanbul club has officially added the Moroccan international to their shortlist for the right winger position after negotiations for Mohamed Salah fell apart for good.
Reports suggest the Moroccan’s current contract with Los Blancos runs until next season, and both parties are already discussing possible financial terms for the deal. However, the main obstacle remains securing José Mourinho’s approval for Diaz’s departure. Meanwhile, Turkish powerhouse Galatasaray is still in the race for the player.
It’s worth noting that last season, Brahim Diaz made 42 appearances for Real Madrid across all competitions, scoring 2 goals and providing 9 assists. Highly respected portal Transfermarkt values the 27-year-old at €35 million.
