Benin’s U20 women’s team will be taking part in the World Cup for the first time in its history. For this year’s tournament, which is being hosted by Poland, Benin has been drawn in Group A. They will be joined by hosts Poland, Mexico and Argentina.
Benin will play their first group stage match against Mexico on 5 September 2026. The Amazones’ second match will be against Argentina on 8 September, before they finish the group stage against Poland on 11 September.
