Belgian Jupiler League match between Sint-Truiden and Zulte Waregem postponed for an unusual reason

The clash between Sint-Truiden and Zulte Waregem will not kick off at the scheduled time. The decision comes as a result of heavy snowfall sweeping across the country.

Published footage shows the pitch at Daio Wasabi Stayen Stadium in Sint-Truiden is not ready for play. The field simply couldn't be cleared of snow in time. The start of the match has been delayed by 15 minutes.

As a reminder, a similar situation recently delayed the kickoff of the match between Anderlecht and RAAL La Louvière for the same reason.
