Former legendary English footballer and current Inter Miami owner, David Beckham, has revealed new fashion rules for his players in a conversation with his former Manchester United teammate, Rio Ferdinand.

Beckham discussed the growing trend among players to flaunt flashy outfits during sports matches, expressing his dissatisfaction with it.

When asked why he, someone known for his bold fashion choices during his career, holds such a stance, Beckham responded: “Yes, but at that time, we weren’t winning matches,” he added. “Our team did this a few times, so I put a stop to it.”

Beckham emphasized that it’s important to him that the team presents itself with dignity both on the field and on social media.

Many players have speculated that Beckham’s love for fashion intensified after meeting his wife, Victoria Adams.

Earlier, we reported that Pep Guardiola had weighed in on who he considers the greatest footballer of all time between Messi, Pelé, and Maradona.
