Bayern Munich winger Leroy Sané is aiming to extend his contract with the club. His current agreement with the German club is set to expire in a year.

According to Bayern & Germany, the financial terms of the deal are not the decisive factor for the player. Sané is focused on achieving his goals, with one of the main ones being to reach the Champions League final in 2025, which will take place in Munich.

Sané intends to remain at Bayern, even if he receives more lucrative offers from other clubs.

The 28-year-old German winger has been playing for Bayern since 2020. Bayern Munich paid Manchester City nearly €50 million for his transfer.

In the current season, the German national team player has scored 9 goals and provided 12 assists in 37 matches across all competitions.

Bayern Munich has effectively lost its chances of winning the Bundesliga title, but still has the opportunity to redeem itself in the Champions League. Today, on April 9, Thomas Tuchel's team will play the first leg of the quarterfinals against Arsenal away.
