Bayern player dating Miss France 2023 - they are active on each other's social media accounts

The 19-year-old Mathys Tel has been with Bayern Munich since 2022. While he’s fighting for a spot in the club’s starting lineup, it seems he may have found romance off the field.

According to BILD, Tel has started dating Indira Ampiot, Miss France 2023, who is set to represent her country at the Miss Universe pageant on November 16.

The couple has yet to make a public appearance together, but they frequently exchange affectionate comments on social media.

On the field, Tel’s season with Bayern hasn't been as smooth. Despite seven appearances, including two starts, he has yet to make an impact on the score sheet in the new season.

Bayern’s sporting director, Max Eberl, expressed his support for Tel:

"Mathys prepared well for the start of the season, but the first games haven’t been successful for him," he said. "Now he’ll need to step up. It’s clear he feels less confident than some of the other players, but he’s working hard and giving his all. The results will come."

Since joining Bayern in 2022, Tel has made 76 appearances, scoring 16 goals.
