Bayern Munich hosted Arsenal in the second leg of the Champions League quarter-finals. The first leg in London ended in a 2:2 draw.

Both teams started cautiously and continued in a similar vein throughout the first half. Arsenal had more ball possession but failed to trouble Neuer significantly. Most of the Londoners' shots allowed the goalkeeper to stay warmed up without freezing.

Bayern Munich also lacked sharpness; Raya only had to make a real save once.

The hosts started the second half briskly. Within one minute, the ball found the frame of the Arsenal goalkeeper's net twice. However, after that, the game settled down.

It wasn't until the 63rd minute that Bayern Munich took the lead. Kimmich was the quickest to react inside the opponent's penalty area and headed in Guerrero's cross.

After that, Bayern Munich controlled the game to the maximum, and Arsenal failed to create anything dangerous against Neuer, exiting the tournament without glory.

To reach the final, Thomas Tuchel's team will face the winner between Manchester City and Real Madrid.
