Bayern Munich midfielder Aleksandar Pavlovic suffered from infectious mononucleosis accompanied by fever at the end of February. Now, the player is taking his first steps towards returning to the field.

Details. According to journalist Florian Plettenberg, the player has started light strength training, working on his comeback. The 20-year-old Bayern talent is under close supervision by the club's medical staff to avoid any risks.

The 20-year-old Pavlovic currently feels well and intends to rejoin Bayern's squad by the end of the season — hoping to participate in the Club World Cup in the USA.

This season, the talented defensive midfielder has participated in 21 matches for Bayern across all competitions, recording one goal and one assist.

Reminder. Previously, we reported that one of Bayern's key players, Alphonso Davies, is out for the rest of the season.
