Bayern Munich have pulled off one of the most intriguing transfers of the summer in the Bundesliga, working behind closed doors to seal the deal.
Details: According to Santi Aouna, the German giants have reached a verbal agreement in principle with Dutch side PSV for the transfer of talented Moroccan attacking midfielder Ismael Saibari.
The Munich club's management moved quickly and proactively, sealing the deal and agreeing on key terms with both the Dutch club's board and the player's representatives.
Negotiations progressed at lightning speed, with Bayern already reserving dates for the 25-year-old Moroccan's official medical examination. The tests are scheduled for next week, after which the transfer will be officially announced.
It's worth noting that this season, the Moroccan forward has played 37 matches, scoring 19 goals and providing 9 assists. Transfermarkt values the player at €40 million.
